Currently, as a business trip chef, he offers special course meals limited to one group per day in various places.
In addition, we develop recipes and give lectures in response to requests from private companies, Kasumigaseki, local governments, universities, and cooking schools .
Biography
Born in Tokyo to parents who ran a restaurant.
After graduating from Yukigaya High School in Tokyo, he joined Nadaman Co.
After graduating from Yukigaya High School in Tokyo, he joined Nadaman Corporation, and began his training as a Japanese chef at the Imperial Hotel.
Later, in order to broaden his activities as a chef, he worked at the French restaurant of the ANA InterContinental Hotel Tokyo.
At the age of 29, he became a chef at the official residence of the Japanese government, with aspirations to be active in the world.
In 2020, he set up his own private office in Denenchofu, Tokyo, and began his activities as a traveling chef.
