On Thursday, March 28, 2024, we served a pairing course meal, including a presentation in English, to a total of 33 guests at Happoen Musubu in Shirokanedai, Minato-ku, Tokyo, including guests from over 10 European countries.

Participants enjoyed a taste test of Japanese food, sake, and Japanese wine that captured the colors of spring, while enjoying a tasting session that included commentary and using all five senses.
I experienced firsthand the spirit of international cultural exchange through food.
