Our founder, Chef Eiryo Kudo, served as Executive Residence Chef at Japanese diplomatic missions in Canada, China, and France, where he promoted the richness of Japanese culture through cuisine as part of culinary diplomacy.

Building on this experience, we now collaborate with producers, businesses, and local governments throughout Japan to develop products and menus featuring regional ingredients, organize lectures and culinary events that celebrate Japanese food culture, and provide communication and public relations support.
