On Tuesday, March 5, 2024, we provided approximately 1,000 plates of six dishes at the "Promoting the Export of Japanese Fresh Fish and Expanding Sales Channels" event held at Tokyo Big Sight.

After the toast by Minister of Agriculture, Forestry and Fisheries Sakamoto, the approximately 200 invited participants, including government officials from each country and distributors from Japan and overseas, actively exchanged opinions and deepened their connections.

We will continue to put our heart and soul into each and every dish we prepare, and strive to promote the appeal of Japanese food from all over Japan to both domestic and international audiences.
